Elizabeth is an International Certified International Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), as well as a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist (TIYT). Along with instructing groups and individuals for over 25 years, she brings awareness and experience that facilitate your individual experience.
DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES
Classes will leave you feeling taller, relaxed and comfortable. All classes are designed for everyone, Elizabeth tailors class to each individual. Classes last one hour and 10 minutes, ending with guided relaxation.
Price is $20 for drop in, 5 class package for $80. Packages expire in 2 months. Private or semi private sessions available.

Yoga Anatomy
Tuesdays classes are designed to adjust the spine and troubled areas, such as neck and back, while learning how to reset breath. You will leave feeling lighter and motivated knowing how to adjust yourself.
Thursday 5:30
Yoga Strengthening
Thursday classes will begin with warming up muscles and.joints and then learning to strengthen areas that give us Americans problems. Breathing practice will focus on strengthening core muscles.
